Who Are We?

We’re a team of facilitators, trainers and professional actors united by one goal — to make learning practical and impactful. Our backgrounds span theatre, coaching, psychology and industry, combining creative craft with real operational understanding. Together, we turn complex workplace challenges into moments of clarity, connection and measurable behavioural change.

A Team Built To Bring Learning To Life

Who We Are

Talk Shop is led by a team with over 25 years’ combined experience in corporate learning and professional performance. Our backgrounds span theatre, coaching, organisational development and operational industries, giving us a unique blend of creative and practical insight.

We’ve worked across every level of organisations — from operatives on construction sites to senior leadership teams in complex, multi-site environments. That breadth of experience helps us understand the pressures people face and the realities of how decisions are made at work.

Together, we create structured learning environments where people can explore behaviour, practise difficult conversations and build the confidence to respond effectively in the moments that matter.

Our Expertise

Our expertise lies in turning real workplace challenges into meaningful learning experiences. Drawing on backgrounds in training, facilitation, performance and behavioural insight, we design sessions that reflect the pressures, conversations and decisions people face in their roles every day.

Alongside our live and interactive work at Talk Shop, we also collaborate with our sister company, The Bigger Picture, to produce bespoke training films that bring real workplace situations to life on screen. These films allow organisations to explore behavioural, safety and communication challenges in a powerful and accessible way.

Whether delivered through live scenarios, facilitated workshops or filmed content, our focus remains the same: helping organisations strengthen communication, leadership and decision-making across their teams.

Meet the people behind Talk Shop

What Drives Us?

These Principles Guide How We Work With Every Organisation We Support

Authenticity

We reflect the conversations and pressures people face every day. Our scenarios are grounded in real language, real dilemmas and real consequences - so learning feels credible and honest.

Collaboration

We work closely with clients from discovery through to delivery. By shaping the work together, we ensure every session reflects your priorities and supports meaningful behavioural change.

Inclusion

Everyone has a voice, not just the confident few. We create structured spaces where people can observe, contribute and influence - without pressure or performance.

Accountability

We care about learning that lasts, not box-ticking. Our focus is on practical shifts in behaviour that strengthen standards, relationships and responsibility across teams.
